Deposit & Payments Policy

Restaurant Payments

* In many cases, a deposit is required to hold your reservation at Mu Mu, for larger numbers in the  Restaurant, or for our Cabaret Dinner Show

* All Restaurant Deposits are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable once paid, without exception

* Should a Reservation be cancelled entirely once the deposit has been paid, this deposit will be lost

* Should a deposit be paid per person i.e. £10 per person, deposits will be lost on any guests who do not attend and will not be taken from the remainder of the final bill 


* If you have made a complete balance payment for a booking and should need to make a cancellation, this may be done within 12 hours of the booking in order for us to refund the balance payment, less the deposit

* If you have made a balance payment and make a cancellation with less than 12 hours notice, this will not be refunded


Booth Payments


All Booth Payments, once paid, are completely Non-Refundable

Outside of Office Hours - Calls relating to the evening/weekend in question will be directed to the Management | Calls relating to future bookings will be directed to the voicemail of the Reservations Manager to be answered the next working day
